*24 Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments are scheduled to reserve your hair, skin and body care services. If you are unable to keep your appointment, it is important that you please call us to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to allow your service provider a booking opportunity for our list of waiting customers. This would make someone on our waiting list very happy. To assist you from missing your appointment—our booking system will send you an email reminders before your appointment day.

Please be advised, missed and same day cancellation will have a courtesy fee of $40.00 for Haircuts. All other services (Hair Color, Perms, Body and Skincare) will be charged a 50% fee of the total bill.

**48 Hour Notice Needed: Please, give us a 48 hour notice when scheduling a massage appointment. This gives us the proper notice to schedule the best technician for your needs.

Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment and missed appointment courtesy fee may apply.

Aviance: To adapt a relaxing and peaceful setting for all our guest, we respectfully require, you to place your cell phones on “silent or vibrate” and to avoid speaker phone conversations.
